Advertising Territory Pricing
County-based monthly subscriptions. Each county is assigned a tier (1–5) from market size; your rate depends on tier and advertising category. One advertiser per category per county.
Territory pricing tiers
Tiers reflect county population bands used in the territory selector. Larger counties mean more HUD inventory and buyer traffic, so monthly rates increase from Tier 1 to Tier 5.
Tier 1
Smaller counties and rural markets.
Tier 2
Mid-size metros and regional hubs.
Tier 3
Large counties with substantial HUD activity.
Tier 4
Major urban counties with high buyer volume.
Tier 5
Largest markets — maximum reach and inventory.

How billing works
- Monthly subscription — You pay a recurring monthly amount for each county territory you subscribe to, priced at that county's tier for your category (realtor, mortgage, or inspector).
- When billing starts — Charges apply to counties that are available and included in your checkout. Subscription billing is handled through Stripe after you complete checkout; renewal dates follow your subscription cycle.
- Multiple counties — Each county is a separate line item. Your total is the sum of each selected county at its tier for your category.
- Reservation window — When you reserve open counties in the flow, you typically have a short window to finish checkout so inventory isn't held indefinitely.
Available, priority reserve & waitlist
Not every county is open at the same time. The territory selector distinguishes three states so you know what happens next.
Available
The county is open for your category. You can select it and include it in checkout. After you subscribe, that territory is yours exclusively for that category until you cancel per terms.
Priority Reserve
Reserve your place in line for this county. You will enter a secure card now, but you will not be charged unless the territory becomes available and your reserve is next in line. If that happens, HUDPRO will notify you before activation.
Waitlist
Join an email waitlist for counties that aren't available. You'll be notified when something changes; waitlist sign-up does not replace a paid subscription for live placement.
FAQ
Who sets the tier for a county?
HUDPRO assigns each county to a tier (1–5) using population bands and internal market sizing. The tier and price for your category are shown in the territory selector when you choose a state.
Why are realtor, mortgage, and inspector prices different?
Each vertical has its own Stripe price list per tier. Rates reflect positioning and demand for that category in the product.
Can I buy more than one county?
Yes. Add every county you want in the flow. You pay the monthly rate for each county at its tier for your selected category.
Is pricing the same in every state?
Tier amounts are national for the current catalog (same dollar tiers across states). The API may evolve; always check the live price shown in checkout for your selections.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Subscription management follows your advertiser terms and Stripe customer portal where applicable. Contact sales@hudpro.com for account questions.
