These Advertiser Terms apply when you advertise with HUDPRO, including placement of listings, profiles, or marketing content on our platform.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

By submitting advertising content or paying for placement, you agree to these terms and represent that you are authorized to advertise on behalf of the stated business or client.

2. Content and Conduct

Advertisers must comply with all applicable laws, including fair housing and advertising standards. Content must be accurate and not misleading. HUDPRO reserves the right to reject or remove content that violates our policies.

3. Payment and Billing

Payment terms are as agreed at sign-up or in your order. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

You grant HUDPRO a license to use, display, and distribute your advertising content in connection with our services. You retain ownership of your materials and represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

5. Limitation of Liability

HUDPRO is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your advertising or use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
